As a receptionist, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with. You’ll help ensure they have a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities:

Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Take and relay messages
Greet customers who visit the dealership and direct them according to their needs
Perform certain administrative and support tasks
Ensure the smooth flow of information between departments
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming




Provide customer service that meets the dealership’s standards.

Desired Profile We are looking for someone who: Has an excellent sense of customer service
Is cheerful, welcoming, and qualified
Is organized, punctual, and self-reliant
Has the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Has experience in reception, customer service, or Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
