Supervise and support landscape maintenance crews
Train and coach Crew Leaders for better productivity
Schedule work efficiently and manage materials
Conduct quality inspections on job sites
Address client inquiries professionally and promptly Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in landscape maintenance
Supervisory experience with multiple crews
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
A clean G Driver's Licence is required
