Tasks and functions:
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safety
Operate the crushing plant with the monitoring panel and control panel in order to feed and crush efficiently
Observe gauges, dials,



and machine operation to ensure compliance with supplier specifications
Maintain communication with heavy equipment operators and field workers
Adjust equipment, such as screens and conveyors, to control or vary the size or quality of the product to maintain a uniform flow of materials
Positive knowledge of mechanics to perform maintenance and repair of minor breakage

Requirements:
Relevant experience as a crushing plant operator
Be meticulous and have a concern for quality
Very valuable communication and teamwork skills
Adequate physical capacity for the position
Have a valid driver's license
