We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class 3 Truck Driver to operate a stone slinger and volumetric concrete truck.
Duties
Safely operate Class 3 commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels
Load and unload trucks using a front end loader and providing exceptional customer service while unloading.
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly
Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and job site requirements.
Skills
Valid Class 3 with Air commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to loading/unloading cargo
Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on the road or at the yard
Robust communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively
Ability to follow detailed instructions, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
