Responsibilities

Provide product information, perform product demos when applicable, and suggest additional items through upselling techniques
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions about products or store policies
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times
Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Support team members with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
