Duties
Safely operate a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A truck across designated U.S. routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring secure handling of cargo
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
Manage freight documentation accurately, including delivery manifests and shipping paperwork
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to address minor vehicle issues promptly during routes




Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and pickups
Maintain a clean driving record and uphold company safety policies at all times

Experience
Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving on U.S. routes, preferably with knowledge of freight handling and logistics operations
Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment preferred
Familiarity with freight management systems and basic automotive repair skills is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading freight regularly
Robust understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation regulations
