Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming environment
Prepare examination rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and readiness of medical supplies
Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures with necessary equipment and documentation
Collect patient information, including vital signs, medical histories, and current medications accurately and efficiently
Administer medications or injections under supervision, following strict safety protocols and medical guidelines
Maintain detailed and organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments,



managing patient flow, and handling documentation

Skills
Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
Robust understanding of patient care principles and compassionate communication skills
Proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document and communicate clinical information
Ability to assist with medication administration safely and effectively under supervision
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and task management
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization procedures
