Vitality Collective is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help keep our Chilliwack counselling clinic organized, stocked, and ready for our clinicians and clients each week.

This is a small, independent role that would be perfect for someone local who enjoys organization, notices the little things, and takes pride in making a space feel cared for.

What you’ll do:
Visit our Chilliwack clinic once per week
Check inventory of clinic and washroom supplies
Restock items such as hand towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, coffee/tea supplies and other clinic essentials
Refill supplies throughout the clinic from our storage inventory
Let our team know when inventory is running low so replacements can be ordered
Receive replacement inventory at your location
Keep supply/storage areas tidy and organized
Check that common areas look polished, welcoming and well cared for
Flag anything needing attention, repair or replacement




Occasionally receive or put away supply deliveries

We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistent, highly organized, comfortable working independently, attentive to small details, and able to take ownership of the clinic check without needing significant oversight.

This is not a cleaning position. Our cleaning team handles regular cleaning. This role is about ensuring the clinic is stocked, organized and functioning beautifully.

Hours: Approximately 1–2 hours per week, with some flexibility around when the weekly visit is completed.

Location: Vitality Collective — Chilliwack, BC
