We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and motivated Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate is a solid leader with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience
Lead, support, and motivate the clinic team
Manage scheduling, staff coordination, and day-to-day administrative needs
Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
Support clinic growth, promotions, and team performance
Assist with social media initiatives and content creation

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of management experience – mandatory
Previous management experience in a physiotherapy clinic – essential
Experience in a healthcare, wellness or physiotherapy
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills




Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling software
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and initiative
Ability to take direction while confidently leading a team
Interest or experience in social media and content creation is an asset

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
