Join Our Team as a Clinic Assistant – Kanata Location

In this role, you'll be an important part of our vision care team, helping ensure a positive patient experience from appointment booking through to the completion of their visit. Whether you're experienced in healthcare or customer service, or looking to start a rewarding new career, we provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
Schedule and confirm patient appointments for eye examinations
Perform pre-examination testing and prepare patients for their appointments
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Process payments and assist patients with billing inquiries
Provide professional, friendly service and support throughout the patient visit
Assist with general clinic administration and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:




Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with computers and maintaining accurate records
Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, or customer service setting is an asset, but not required
Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
