Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or restoration projects by applying your knowledge of carpentry, concrete work, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently during various phases of construction
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision and attention to detail
Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and woodworking skills
Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials and equipment around the job site
Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures




Maintain a clean and organized work workplace while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes
Skilled in carpentry, woodworking, siding installation, and general construction practices
Experience operating heavy machinery and power tools with safety awareness
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
Familiarity with welding techniques for metalwork applications
Excellent use of hand tools for detailed craftsmanship in various construction tasks
