Take on a vital role as a Client Services Worker with the Manitoba Métis Federation at Michif Manor, located in Winnipeg, MB. This full time night shift position is dedicated to serving Red River Métis Citizens. You will facilitate the intake and registration process at Michif Manor, assisting Citizens with their needs, and keeping the facility running smoothly overnight.

Your focus will be on creating a comfortable and protected workplace for guests while performing essential administrative duties and maintaining communication with the community. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and register guests at Michif Manor
Answer inquiries via phone and in person
Assist with room inspections and cleanliness
Handle deliveries and ensure quality control
Establish community relationships and networks Requirements:
2 years’ customer service experience required
1 year in administrative support duties
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of MMF programs is an asset
Current Child Abuse and Adult Abuse Registry Check Contribute to the Red River Métis community while providing exceptional client services at Michif Manor.
