Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, take pride in quality workmanship, and be comfortable working as part of a team as well as individually.

Responsibilities
Work includes but is not limited to framing, forming, finishing, renovations, installing doors and trim, installing equipment, and general carpentry work
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain equipment
Follow project schedules and coordinate effectively with site supervisors and other trades
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work site
Follow all company and Worksafe BC safety requirements

Qualifications




Previous experience as a carpenter or similar construction role
Red Seal certification is preferred but not a necessity
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Have the ability to work unsupervised
Be able to work as part of a team
Have solid communication skills
You MUST have a vehicle
Must have a working cell phone for mobile communication
Must be in good physical health and be able to lift 50 lbs

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
