Work closely with the Customer Service team in Laval to coordinate orders, manage timelines, and ensure internal follow-ups are handled efficiently to support a high level of customer experience

Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and marketing initiatives to customers and end users

Gather competitive intelligence and provide actionable insights to your sales manager

Maintain accurate territory documentation, call reports, and expense tracking

Plan and prioritize regular territory visits based on project pipeline, forecasts, and sales potential

Resolve customer concerns and challenges quickly and professionally, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities

Education and Experience

Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within the waterworks, plumbing, and/or electrical supply industries

Proven ability to drive both sales and market development within a defined territory

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills

Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and navigate challenges in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and municipal decision-makers

Confident presenter with experience delivering sales and product presentations (PowerPoint)

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable using modern sales reporting tools

Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or business required

Business or Sales/Marketing degree preferred
