Central Alberta Tile One is looking for an experienced and dependable Tile Setter to join our team!

Position Responsibilities

- Install ceramic, porcelain, stone, and other types of tiles in residential and commercial settings.

- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, leveling, and applying appropriate materials.

- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans.

- Complete tile installations accurately and to a high standard of workmanship.

- Grout, seal, and finish tile installations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Safely operate tile saws, grinders, and other installation tools.

- Work professionally with customers, contractors, and other trades.

- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Previous tile-setting experience required.

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.





- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install tile.

- Experience with various tile materials and installation methods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Must provide clean drivers abstract.

- Must provide criminal record check.

- Ability to lift and move materials and work on your feet for extended periods.

- Strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive attitude.

- Experience with large-format tiles, heated floors, waterproofing systems, or commercial installations is an asset.

Experience

- Tile Setting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification

- Driving Licence (preferred)
