- Promote and sell domestic and international airline tickets and related travel services to individual, corporate, and travel agent clients.

- Provide professional travel consultation and recommend the most suitable flight options based on customer requirements and budget.

- Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds using GDS platforms (Sabre preferred; Amadeus and Galileo an asset).

- Prepare accurate travel quotations and explain fare conditions, airline policies, baggage allowances, and ticket restrictions to customers.

- Apply airline fare rules, contract fares, and pricing policies to secure the most cost-effective travel options while maximizing profitability.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, online platforms, and walk-in visits.

- Resolve ticketing issues, schedule changes, flight disruptions, booking discrepancies, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators,



and travel partners to ensure timely ticketing and accurate travel arrangements.

- Promote ancillary travel products and services, including travel insurance, seat selection, baggage upgrades, and other value-added services to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain accurate booking records, ticketing documentation, customer profiles, and quality control processes.

- Stay informed of airline schedules, fare rules, travel advisories, visa requirements, and industry updates.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up support.

- Protect customer information
- Ensure promotional communications comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) where applicable.

- Comply with company policies, airline procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and all applicable federal and provincial legislation.

- Access to a reliable personal vehicle is mandatory
