Key Responsibilities

- Surface Preparation: Cleaning, levelling, and applying necessary materials to prepare surfaces for tile installation.

- Tile Installation: Measuring, cutting, and laying tiles according to design plans, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.

- Material Application: Mixing and applying mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives.

- Waterproofing: Working with materials like Prova, Schluter, and liners for bathrooms, which are crucial for waterproofing.

- Finishing: Applying grout and caulking to complete the installation and achieve a polished look.

- Collaboration: Working with other team members and potentially interacting with clients.

- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety guidelines during the installation process.

- Quality Control: Ensuring the durability and quality of the tile installation.

Skills and Experience





- Experience: Prior experience in tile laying or flooring installation is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools related to tile setting, such as trowels, cutters, and grout floats.

- Physical Fitness: Tile setting can be physically demanding, requiring strength, endurance, and good hand-eye coordination.

- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are important for achieving a qualified finish.

- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are necessary for interacting with team members and clients.
