Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong partnerships with our storage location partners. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring service quality, and identifying prospects to expand our network. Your work will help strengthen relationships and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partner locations
Onboard recent partners and ensure they are fully set up with our systems
Monitor partner performance and address any operational issues
Identify opportunities to grow the partner network in key areas




Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner support
Prepare regular reports on partner performance and account health
Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in client relationship or account management
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $38,506.01-$103,929.09 per year
