Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Barista to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to work efficiently and maintain robust attention to detail will help create a welcoming and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook kitchen ingredients (tapioca, teas, and drink components) following company standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices
Operate the Micros POS system and process transactions accurately
Provide customer service, take orders, and address inquiries
Prepare and serve bubble tea and beverages according to recipes
Handle cash and follow proper cash procedures
Monitor inventory and report shortages
Support team operations during busy periods

Requirements
Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week + weekends
Flexible availability from 7:00am to 10:00pm




Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work in a quick-paced workplace
Basic math skills for kitchen measurements
Attention to detail in following standards and procedures
Comfortable with kitchen work and food preparation
Team player with the ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Previous barista or food service experience is an asset (training provided)
Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) is an advantage
