Position Summary

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain solid relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed while supporting the delivery of creative and design projects.

Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
Identify prospects to expand services with current clients.

Requirements
Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $38,506.01-$103,929.09 per year
