Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time & Full Time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in the food industry and ability to manage time effectively will contribute to creating a welcoming workplace for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea and fruit drink beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with drink preparation.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Skills




Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong ability to multi-task and maintain positive attitude.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
