Pride Muay Thai is looking for passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructors to join our team in Richmond, BC.

As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to our students in a studio setting. You will be responsible for teaching the curriculum in a fun and engaging way, while maintaining a safe and positive environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for yoga and working with beginners. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to inspire and engage their students, and be willing to learn current techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide instruction to students in a fun and engaging way
Work with the Education Director to create a positive learning workplace for our students
Create a solid connection with each student, regardless of their race, gender, or ethnicity
Encourage participation
Ensure all students are following the class schedule
Maintain cleanliness of the studio, including cleaning up after each class session




Respond quickly to student concerns about their classes and help troubleshoot any problems that arise
Help direct traffic in front of the studio during peak classes, as needed
Keep up-to-date on best practices for health and safety by attending workshops, classes, or seminars; maintain personal yoga experience by completing online courses; maintain personal fitness experience by completing online courses; completing personal training sessions; working out at local gyms if desired.

Skills:
Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred.
Experience teaching yoga preferred.
Ability to lead groups in a classroom setting.

Job Type: Freelance Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
