Acoffee is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our café team. We’re hiring for both full-time and part time positions. We’re looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are eager to learn, and take pride in providing great customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, matcha, and other beverages according to Acoffee standards
Provide friendly and skilled customer service
Take orders and process payments accurately
Keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
Multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and workplace procedures
Work collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications
Fluent English communication skills are required




Previous barista or drink-making experience is an asset
Minimal experience is okay — full training will be provided
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to move quickly while remaining efficient and attentive to detail
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working during busy rush periods
Customer-service oriented and friendly
Willingness to learn and take direction

You should be comfortable staying on your feet, handling multiple orders at once, and maintaining a positive attitude during busy rushes. Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
