We are seeking an energetic and personable Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team!

Duties
Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar counters and dining spaces
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, providing attentive service to ensure satisfaction
Follow food safety guidelines during food handling and preparation, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a focus on beverage serving
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Knowledge of POS systems
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables




Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with guests
