In this critical role at CNO, you will manage the intake of complaints, conduct investigations, and oversee health inquiries into the capacity of nurses. This position requires a strong foundation in investigations related to healthcare and qualified regulation. Your responsibilities will include explaining processes to stakeholders and presenting findings to decision-making bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage intake and assessment of complaints
• Lead investigations to ensure professional conduct
• Handle health inquiries about nursing practice capacity
• Educate public and partners on investigation processes
• Present investigative findings to ICRC
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant health field or equivalent discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in investigations or risk management
• Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail in case documentation
