As an Occupational Therapist, you will implement evidence-informed practices tailored to individual needs, enhancing occupational performance and quality of life.
You’ll be part of a dedicated healthcare team, collaborating with clients and their families to ensure a supportive rehabilitation experience.
Your role includes assessment, diagnostic services, and educational outreach. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
Engage clients in rehabilitation and self-care activities
Collaborate and communicate with healthcare teams effectively
Provide mentorship and supervision to therapy assistants
Participate in quality improvement initiatives for service excellence Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
BLS certification is mandatory
Driver’s license and vehicle required
