Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom setting that encourages curiosity and independence
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring they receive personalized care and attention
Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and daily experiences
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervision during activities and proper hygiene practices
Assist with daily caregiving routines such as feeding, diapering,



nap times, and transitions between activities
Document observations of children's development to inform planning and share insights with families and team members

Experience
Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
Experience working with children who have disabilities or special needs is highly valued
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving tailored to individual children’s needs
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching
Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, and team members
Ability to create a positive, energetic atmosphere that motivates children to explore and learn
