Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment
Log all maintenance in the CMMS database




Ensure compliance with safety procedures and GMP standards
Read blueprints to fabricate and modify equipment
Conduct boiler operations and maintain a logbook Requirements:
4th class Stationary Engineer Certification required
Preferred experience in large-scale food production
Must be available for wide-ranging shift schedules
