We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and excellence in execution. We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our team.

Position Summary The Civil Labourer supports civil construction crews in various aspects of site preparation, excavation, utility installation, grading, and general construction activities. This role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities
Assist with excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading operations
Install and maintain underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm systems
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe, organized work workplace




Assist equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as required
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors and project managers

Qualifications Required:
Previous construction or civil labour experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
Solid understanding of protected work practices
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
