Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images of the heart and related anatomy for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam
Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and assist in diagnosis
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, findings, and patient information in compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations
Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained to uphold safety standards
Adhere to infection control protocols and patient privacy regulations at all times




Stay current with technological advancements and best practices in cardiac imaging to continually improve skills and service quality

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cardiac Sonographer or similar role with proficiency in echocardiography techniques
Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to cardiac anatomy and physiology
Certification from a recognized credentialing body such as the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent is preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality
