The Car Girls are a local Aurora business. We help Car Dealerships contact their customers about their sales promotions. We are looking to hire a person with robust phone and customer service skills to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Set appointments for customer visits
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Achieving daily outbound phone goals
Maintain accurate records
Overcome objections
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Able to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
Minimum 1-year telephone-based customer service
Clear and concise verbal communication skills (bi-lingual is a big plus!)
Computer skills
Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
Motivated self-starter
Excellent telephone communication skills
Must have a positive, energetic personality and possess a strong work ethic
Qualified appearance
Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

Full training will be provided Casual employees can work up to 30 hours a week during our busy weeks of the month.

Monday to Friday

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Experience
customer service: 1 year (preferred)
