We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices, making batter and sauces
Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
Ensure food is cooked properly and meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred
Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
