Join Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC in Sri Lanka as a Partnerships and Grants Development Advisor. Drive initiatives that support gender equality and community well-being in a full time volunteer role. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s sustainability through developing partnerships and securing funding.
Duties include crafting grant proposals, improving donor engagement, and strengthening reporting systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering communities and promoting environmental conservation. Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation of resource mobilization strategies
Prepare proposals aligned with sustainability objectives
Improve management of partnership activities and reporting
Enhance staff capabilities on project management and proposal writing
Link with partners for team-oriented community projects Requirements:
Relevant degree in International Development or similar
At least two years of experience in grant management
Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility frameworks
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
Experience in cross-sector collaborations Contribute to meaningful community partnerships and drive empowered development as a Partnerships Advisor with Talawakelle Tea Estates.
