We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our agile team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a robust understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently
Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures
Experience
Previous 1 experience in food service or restaurant roles is must
Fine dining experience is a plus, along with familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems
Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
