Perform psychosocial and psychological assessments for clients
Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans
Facilitate therapeutic counselling and group support experiences
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for continuous care
Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or relevant field required
Registration with applicable skilled bodies essential
At least 3 years of direct practice in mental health services
Experience with crisis intervention and harm reduction approaches
