Engage clinicians to gather user experience requirements
Redesign Service Desk processes for improved efficiency




Manage project improvement initiatives from planning to closure

Conduct in office and remote assessments for process optimization Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Healthcare
3+ years in Project Management roles

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
