Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and bathrooms to ensure a tidy environment
Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with residents and team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific requests or concerns




Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper storage for ongoing tasks

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or residential cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members
Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques
A friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality-focused environment
