Location: NE Calgary, AB

Pay: $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our growing tire business. This is a versatile position for someone who is comfortable working with customers, computers, deliveries, and general shop operations.

This is not just a labour position. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally with customers, process orders and invoices, and take responsibility for helping with the day-to-day operations of the business.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administration

- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through messages
- Create customer profiles, process orders, and prepare invoices
- Process payments using our point-of-sale system
- Enter and update customer and order information accurately
- Answer basic customer questions regarding tire availability, pricing, and orders
- Use computer systems for invoicing, inventory, and other administrative tasks

Deliveries
- Deliver tires to local tire shops, mechanic shops, and customers
- Load and unload tires safely
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and professionally
- Assist with picking up tires or other business-related items when required

Shop Operations
- Organize tires and maintain inventory
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving tires
- Keep the shop clean and organized




- Help with general day-to-day operations as needed

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Comfortable driving for local deliveries
- Basic to strong computer skills
- Comfortable learning new software and point-of-sale systems
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and organized
- Attention to detail when processing orders, invoices, and payments
- Able to safely lift and move tires
- Previous experience in a tire shop, automotive shop, delivery role, retail, customer service, or administration is an asset, but not required
