We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tire Technician to join our growing automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tire installation, balancing, rotations, repairs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger, light truck, commercial and agricultural tires
- Perform tire rotations, inspections, and seasonal tire changeovers
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Operate tire-changing and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with shop organization, inventory management, and housekeeping
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
- Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Required:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred:

- Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship or certification is an asset
- Previous tire or automotive service experience
- Knowledge of passenger, light truck,



and commercial tires
- Experience operating tire service equipment
