As a Pizzeria Crew Member, you could be responsible for any or all duties that are outlined below depending on the shift you are scheduled for. Regardless of your shift, you will be responsible for; • Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times • Receiving and/or taking orders from customers; in person, over the phone or through skip the dishes • Inputting customer orders in to Deliver Plus • Calling customers to confirm orders or notify them of any shortages of toppings • Dealing with customer questions and complaints • Maintaining a professional manner at all times • Consistently follow all pizzeria health and safety procedures • Make great pizzas!
