Take on a key role as the Safety Programs Officer at Nieuport Aviation, based at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport in Toronto. This full-time position focuses on implementing and enhancing a comprehensive safety and security program. Reporting directly to the Director, Safety & Security, you'll be responsible for developing procedures and facilitating training for safety compliance.

This role seeks a candidate who can not only perform investigations into safety incidents but also foster relationships with regulatory bodies to improve overall safety culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement OHS and SMS policies
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure corrective actions

- Manage relationships with safety committees and airport authority

- 3-5 years’ aviation safety experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
