You will help to implement robust therapeutic models and be pivotal in supporting vulnerable youth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead psychiatric assessments and reviews for residents
Engage within a multi-disciplinary team
Develop effective therapeutic care plans
Implement trauma-responsive models of care
Participate in professional development programs Requirements:
MRCPsych Certificate with completion of training
Full GMC registration and specialist registration
Approved Clinician status in mental health
Strong communication and leadership skills
