Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with company policies
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution




Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize high-traffic areas for efficient service delivery

Skills
Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
Positive communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
