Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products,



and store policies
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout flow and customer engagement

Requirements
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous; technical sales experience is a plus
Robust communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities
Basic math skills for handling transactions, giving change, and managing sales totals
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
Ability to demonstrate products confidently and perform product demos when needed
Organizational skills to keep the checkout area tidy and stock displays appealing
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
A friendly attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service in a quick-paced setting
