Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or technical sales are a plus, as they enable effective communication with diverse customers.

This role requires solid organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Duties
Greet customers warmly nd assist with their inquiries in person and over the phone
Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
Upsell products and promote special offers or new items to enhance sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
Assist with closing procedures as needed clean up end of the day

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.80 per hour
