Lead daily safety huddles with interdisciplinary teams
Adjust patient assignments according to acuity and needs




Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving in care
Ensure patient care plans reflect current status and needs
Support education and training for nursing staff Requirements:
Degree in Nursing required; Baccalaureate preferred
Active registration with the Ontario nursing association
At least two years of related experience
Up-to-date BCLS certification
