We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to promote products effectively.
Handle customer inquiries via phone with proper etiquette, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications




Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued.
Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$17.52 per hour
