We are seeking a friendly and energetic Cashier/Sales associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
Upsell additional items and promote ongoing sales campaigns
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes
Ensure adherence to store policies regarding cash handling and transaction procedures

Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to the customer base
Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and practices
Effective phone etiquette for remote customer interactions
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00 per hour
