Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls, and other surfaces throughout the facility.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or facility maintenance tasks.

Skills




Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
