The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team.

What You’ll Do
Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts
Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods
Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, café,



or retail (leadership experience preferred)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced setting
High standard for customer service and attention to detail
Versatile availability, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
